Getting to know each other

 

I always love to meet up in person first to get to know each other. This first session is free of charge. In this session, you will have the opportunity to tell me all about yourself and your goals. Together we will find out what motivates you, what questions you have and we will also find out how you’re moving by doing some simple movement tests. What to expect:

  • Questionnaire about your history of playing sport / injuries / personal and work life
  • Dive a bit deeper into your ‘why’ related to your goals
  • Basic movement review of squat, lift, push & pull patterns 

 

In our second appointment and first training session we will do a more specific assessment where we will test different muscles to see how they activate and where  any compensation behavior may be happening. We will also review some basic conditioning, strength and mobility.

 

Then we’ll make a plan together to make sure we build you a strong foundation to do all the things you want to do.
