Like to train with others and have some fun?
Do you like the sound of training hard, having fun and then grabbing a drink together afterwards? Well, you’ve come to the right place!
We give small group personal training every Sunday. These sessions focus on strength, conditioning, mobility and….fun! We keep them small (6-8 people) so you all get plenty of personal attention and guidance to suit you. The trainer will make sure you are moving correctly and if you have an injury proper adjustments will be made for you.
Not available on a Sunday? If you know about friends or family who could be interested as well you we can always set up a new group on another day or time.
